Shipping is only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
*If the size and weight allow us to send a filter for your controlled domestic ventilation or small room fan in an envelope, you only pay CHF 3.90 (B Mail) or CHF 4.50 (A Mail) shipping costs. Tracking is not possible with this shipping method.
The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. In the order process you can choose between economy shipping and priority shipping. Orders received by 11.00 a.m. (on working days / except Mondays) will be dispatched on the same day. If the goods are sent as one parcel (not mini-shipment), you will receive a tracking code for tracking the shipment. All shipments are delivered by Swiss Post.
The prices quoted above apply to shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is only possible within these countries. If the shipment is made by truck, we only guarantee curbside delivery. The truck is equipped with a lifting platform so that no ramp is necessary. For scheduled deliveries, we charge at cost, without taking the order value into account. Please consult with us.
Collection
The ordered goods can be collected from us at Im Zentrum 1, 8625 Gossau ZH (access via Laufenbachstrasse). Simply select the shipping option "Pick up in Gossau ZH" during the ordering process. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for you to collect. Collections are possible on working days between 09.00 - 12.00.
Delivery abroad
Deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not possible.
